I have developed the habit of spending a fair amount of time roving around the blogosphere each Wednesday. This habit emerged several months ago when I began to participate in the Wordless Wednesday (WW) photography meme on The Right Blue, one of my other blogs.
Participants in the WW meme do an image-only post on their blogs each Wednesday, and then visit one another's blogs to see the images and chat about them in the blogs' comments. [Here are my WW posts.] So, each Wednesday, I now visit dozens of blogs to see WW posts. In the process I have discovered quite a few very interesting blogs that I may not otherwise have come to know.
More recently my WW habit evolved to a new level. Now my Wednesday blogosphere roving has expanded to include visits to other blogs I like, regardless of whether they are WW participants. Wednesday simply has become my blog-reading day. Period.
Earlier this week, my friend Matt Keegan did a post in his blog, The Article Writer, listing a number of blog articles he recently had read and liked. I've decided to adopt this idea -- to post links to some interesting finds from the blogosphere, in order to spread the word about them among my readers.
Here is this week's list, in no particular order, from my Wednesday blogosphere roving.

Did enjoy them and really liked the Time Flies link! Thanks again, and you are too kind! BTW: Linked ya back to this site from mine!
Bobbie, I'm finding you popping up all over the place these days. Thank you for the mention and, yes, sharing the "finds" with your readers is a good way to pass along some goodwill.
Thanks for the link, Bobbie. Glad you enjoyed the post. These science ones are hit or miss for me!
Thank you for this link and to mention my blog! Very appreciated.
@ Matt - Well, good ideas (and good blogs) need to be passed along.
@ Chris - Actually, I think your science posts are great. I read all of them.
@ Sue - You are very welcome.
Bobbie
I was so flattered to see a reference to my article "Time flies, and so do pilots counting elephants" from my Kenyan Wilderness Diary . Thank you so much!
Take care,
Tanya
Your Kenyan Wilderness Diary is superb, and I will probably find a reason to mention it again in the future.
